This is the page for those who have some extra time on their hands, and who are interested in getting into a discussion with a bit more depth. Here, I will record my meditations on the ultimate significance of fermentation "...whoah man...like, deep..." and I hope that this will spark some fruitful debate. I have some training in biology and chemistry, but none in anthropology, sociology, agricultural science, public health, or nutrition, so this page is a record of my exploration into unfamiliar territory and I welcome any and all comments to help me clarify my thoughts...
